2013 Kiehl's LifeRide
—
Exclusive shirts created for the riders of Kiehl's 2013 LifeRide, a charitable motorcycle ride along the coast of California that aims to raise awareness and generate funding to find a cure for HIV/AIDS.
Kiehl's LifeRide is a philanthropic venture, and as of 2014 had raised over $1Million for amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research. For the past two years I've designed the specialty shirts, worn by the president of Kiehl's, riders, celebrities, and sponsors. As an homage, I drew the rider whipping around my favorite turn to ride on Highway 1, now blocked off to all motorists. In a nutshell, I loved it.
On the Road
From Seattle to Los Angeles and everywhere inbetween, Kiehls celebrity riders went from store to store hosting large PR events that brought the issue to the forefront.
